All animals & chicks are completely hand-sewn from vintage hand-dyed wool coating or mohair. Each is attached to its own egg with vintage hat pins and thus can be removed. Eggs are made from the same hand-dyed wool and stuffed with pellets and polyfil. The eggs are permanently attached to their bases.

Unless noted..all are one of a kind…but similar can be created.

                   Honey Tan mohair – A younger member of the Applegate family this bruin wears a green and white striped gathered collar with small brass star. On his head is a wool felt Santa hat with vintage holly, mohair trim and a small bell. He carries a small stuffed Santa. Louis has antique black shoe button eyes, leather paws and a stained snout with black pearl cotton nose. He comes complete with a growler.  The Vintage Poodle stuffed animal belongs to Suzette below.

                   Dyed rose pink – This delightful bear is a real charmer with her pink and white stocking hat with bell ! Around her neck is a fringe wool scarf. She wears a black wool felt skirt with  scattered white snowflakes and comes with the her wee poodle named GiGi that Louis Applegate is holding above. Suzette has black shoe button eyes with staining around eyes, ears and snout. Her nose is black pearl cotton and is waxed. Suzette’s paws are leather and she has a growler. Suzette does have a secret…..her black skirt is reversible  and features a white poodle with a black & white leash for those special sock-hop dates !
